Returns

All jewelry purchases can be returned for a refund.

• The piece must be shipped back within one week of receipt, in the original box with tracking

• If the piece retails over $100, it must be insured

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs

A refund will be issued when the piece is received in perfect condition within the required time frame. The refund will be processed with the same method as the original payment.

Custom pieces can not be returned.

If you are purchasing a ring, please have your finger sized before you order. Most of the rings cannot be resized.

Shipping

All purchases are gift wrapped, insured and are shipped with tracking.

Shipping costs are non refundable.
